Our founder, the late Sister Tracey Jones was involved with the Nursing and Training Industry since 1978 and in that time had held many senior positions including Director of Nursing for a number of Care facilities. In 2011, Tracey was recognised and nominated for the Australian Nursing Awards, for those who are among Australia’s top Nurses.
Tracey was a triple certificate Registered Nurse with a background as Director of Nursing in Aged Care facilities, psychiatric and mother-craft.
Tracey saw a need for AIN training and wrote and pioneered the first Aged Care course in the 1980’s.
Her industry knowledge and skills were highly sort after as a Clinical Educator, Mentor and Consulting Speaker. Tracey achieved Highly Commendable ratings for the facilities she assisted through accreditation. When Tracey was not educating and training students with ANTS or assisting her Help On Wheels home care service, she was working tirelessly in the community providing for those in need. This was her passion!
Tracey also provided consultancy services for facilities to help improve and meet the strict government standards that families rightly demand.
