Tracey Jones has been involved with the Nursing and Training Industry since 1978 and in that time has held many senior positions including Director of Nursing for a number of Care facilities. In 2011, Tracey was recognised and nominated for the Australian Nursing Awards, for those who are among Australia’s top Nurses.
Tracey is a triple certificate Registered Nurse with a background as Director of Nursing in Aged Care facilities, psychiatric and mother-craft.
Tracey saw a need for AIN training and wrote and pioneered the first Aged Care course in the 80’s.
Her industry knowledge and skills are highly sort after as a Clinical Educator, Mentor and Consulting Speaker. Tracey has achieved Highly Commendable ratings for the facilities she assisted through accreditation. When Tracey is not educating and training students with ANTS or assisting her Help On Wheels home care service, she is working tirelessly in the community providing for those in need. This is her passion!
Tracey also provides a consultancy service for facilities to help improve and meet the strict government standards that families rightly demand these days.
