What we offer at Certificate IV level
These qualifications are the most up to date releases from the Community Services (CHC) training package and replace older Aged Care, Disability and Leisure and Health training.
The Ageing Support and Disability training still reflects the disciplines of Aged Care and Disability, but significant changes have been made to the training package design. As a new addition, we have been approved to deliver training in CHC43415 Certificate IV in Leisure and Health. This qualification is for people who wish to design, implement and evaluate leisure, health activities and programs for clients in residential facilities and/or in community agencies and day centres.
Our training standards, style and professionalism are of the highest standard and we deliver a unique blend of training thousands of graduates have embraced, benefited from and validated.
Our qualifications incorporate practical (clinical) as well as theoretical work place based training. The courses are a blended delivery of face to face classroom and simulated training and assessment, self paced study and a heavy emphasis on real practical workplace based training and assessment.
Our programs are delivered in our main training facility in Sutherland at 818 Old Princes Highway and in our partner Care facilities and we offer guaranteed work experience placement. Students benefit from our community based approach to accessible training, by commencing a program with a $105 deposit which is fully refundable after a Free Trial Day, should you decide the training is not for you.
